In 2007, Meritage Homes began the task of selecting a website vendor for their largest online move to-date: consolidating over seventy-five individual websites, databases, CRM systems and online marketing platforms into their first ever single corporate-wide data centric website. After interviewing firms from California, New York, Dallas and elsewhere across the country, they selected New Medio because of both expertise in the homebuilding space and the high caliber of our team's talent.
Over the course of fifteen months, New Medio worked with decision makers throughout the organization, including the top executive team, to implement a comprehensive national website with a custom-built integrated Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
Community & Homeplan Management
The Meritage Homes website system was capable of managing all of the company's communities, homes and floor plans nationwide through one instance of New Medio's proprietary content management system (CMS), Reach.
Our system gave Meritage the ability to highlight Quick Move-In homes with a few clicks, allowing the company to make more immediate sales on inventory that was already or soon to be on the market.
Advanced Community Mapping
Built-in mapping capabilities in the Reach CMS allowed Reach admin users to easily add communities and homes to maps across the United States with no need for extra code or programming.
Tiered Permissions System
With their robust admin tools, Reach CMS users at the local level had permissions to manage only their communities or regional content, while master administrators at Meritage's corporate offices had full control.
